For help with a specific application, please include:

• The name of the app and its version number.
• The device model and operating system version.
• A short description of what happened and what you expected instead.
• A screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual.

This lets us investigate faster. Each app also has its own support entry inside its App Store or Play Store listing.

To report a security issue in one of our applications or on this website, please email contact@bitserenitystudios.com with “Security” in the subject line. Please give us a reasonable window to investigate and respond before public disclosure.
