These terms govern your use of bitserenitystudios.com (the “site”), operated by Bit Serenity Studios LLC (“Bit Serenity,” “we,” “us”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Individual games and applications published by Bit Serenity Studios LLC are governed by their own end-user license agreement. On iOS, unless we provide a custom EULA in the App Store listing, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies; on Android, the applicable in-app terms apply, alongside Google Play’s terms of service.

Using the site

You may read, share, and link to pages on this site freely. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent Bit Serenity Studios LLC, or use the site in a way that would violate applicable law.

Intellectual property

The name “Bit Serenity Studios,” the Bit Serenity wordmark, and the text and design of this site are the property of Bit Serenity Studios LLC. Individual code snippets or examples we publish under an open-source license carry that license’s notice with the code.

No warranty

This site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the site will be available, accurate, or free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, Bit Serenity Studios LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability
